Kim, you truly were one of a kind. You showed what it means to fight, be strong and you were such a huge inspiration to anyone battling this horrible disease. Your character is what I will always remember about you. You were incredibly generous and always made me feel welcome in your home. I hope you’re not in pain anymore and that you are at peace. Andy xx
